Mud Pump Spare Parts Crosshead Guide Plate description
Crosshead assembly is a key part of the power end of the mud pump. When the crosshead is working, it slides in the upper and lower guide plates and pushes the middle rod to transmit the power to the hydraulic end. The upper and lower guide plates are part of the crosshead assembly, the crosshead slides in the upper and lower guide plates, and the upper and lower guide plates function as slideways.
Crosshead guides belongs to the crosshead assembly. The crosshead guides include the upper and lower guide plates. Upper and lower guide plates act as slide rail.There are two aging treatments after the blank and rough machining, which ensures the machining precision.
