Ceramic Liner is made of zirconia, with superior service life than regular steel liner, less rig downtime and lowest cost of per operating hour.

1. The zirconium ceramic liners can not only adapted to some tough environment such as deep oil reservoir, hard stratum and severe earthiness, but also can be used for offshore oil and natural gas exploitation as well.

2.Compared with bi-metal liner, the service life of ceramic liner is 5-10 times higher. Its maximum and minimum service life can reach more than 4000 hours.

3. The zirconium ceramic liners which has used the phase transformation toughen technology has various advantages such as wear-resistance, erosion-resistance, high-pressure-resistance, high-temperature-resistance, high strength and high hardness.

5.Compared with the alumina liners, the zirconium ceramic liners have better toughness properties and have longer service life. It can also reduce piston wear and water consumption for lubrication.

Ceramic liners material and performance index:
Ceramic liner take zirconia composite formulations as the formula. The composition of zirconia: 5.4% yttria and 94.6% zirconia, the average particle size less than 0.5 μm. Massive experiments show that the toughness is maximum when 80 --90% zirconia is added.
