Torque Anchor Description of Downhole Drilling Tools
This is an anti-tripping tool with excellent safety performance for screw pumps. When the screw pump operates, the torque anchor can prevent tubing string backing off and even tripping and falling down into the hole. It makes extraction work easy, reduces the operational cost, and protects tubing string from bending.
Downhole Drilling Tools Torque Anchor Features
- Torque anchor uses separate slip and drag blocks to eliminate premature slip wear during installation.
- Drag blocks centralize the tool and provide the frictional interference to deploy the slips when torque is applied.
- Torque anchor centralizes the equipment in the casing and allows for better production through the slotted tag bar.
- It consists of body, slips, centralizer and spring strips. It can prevent tubing tripping during PCP working.
- It can be widely used because of adventures, such as simple structure,
