Thrust tapered roller bearings can form a very compact bearing configuration in the axial direction. This bearing can withstand very heavy axial loads, is not sensitive to impact loads, and has good rigidity. It is divided into one-way thrust tapered roller bearings and two-way tapered roller thrust bearings. The screw fixed bearing constitutes a specially designed unidirectional tapered roller thrust bearing and contains a full roller.

Because the rolling body in thrust tapered roller bearing is tapered roller, the rolling surface can form pure rolling and the limit speed is higher than that of thrust cylindrical roller bearing because the rolling bus and the raceway bus of the washer converge at a certain point on the axle line of the bearing structurally.
