The main function of casing scrapers is toremove the inner wall of the casing pipe cement, sand, residual bullets, Nick, paraffin wax, burr and other attached objects and to keep the casing wall cleaning for the operation of drilling tools. Packer and the similar tools must have a clean joint surface, but the attachments in the big tube surfacewouldfrequently interfere with the normal work of these tools.
