Crankshaft Connection Rod Description of Mud Pump Spare Parts
Connecting rod is an important part of mud pump. It connects piston and crankshaft. lts function is to transform the reciprocating motion of piston into the rotating motion of crankshaft, and to transform the force acting on piston into the output power of crankshaft.
The connecting rod head is used to install the piston pin to connect the piston. The rod body is usually made into "work" or "H" section in order to reduce the mass while meeting the strength and stiffness requirements.
The connecting rod head of the slurry pump is connected with the connecting rod journal of the crankshaft. Generally made into separate type, and the half cut with the rod body is called the connecting rod cover, the two are connected by connecting rod bolts as a whole.
