The air operated diaphragm pumps use compressed air as power source, and it is the most advanced type of diaphragm pumps in market for the moment. It adopts three-way air pilot valve to achieve real no dead stop and faster reversing. It is widely applied in waste water treatment, chemical industry, petrochemical industry, painting, ceramics, environmental protection, printing and dyeing, etc. to deal with all kinds of corrosive, volatile, flammable, poisonous fluids with particles and high viscosity.

1) Pump, self-priming

HY AODD pumps are dry self-priming. Depending on the pump specification a suction lift of up to 8 m
2) Pump with positive suction

Depending on the pump type, the suction side inlet pressure may need to be limited to a max. pressure
3) Pump, submerged
HY AODD pumps can be totally submerged in the pumped medium. The exhaust outlet must remain above the fluid

4) Pump for drums

HY AODD pumps can be directly mounted on drums or containers.
