PS series hydraulic disc brake device is an integrated product of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic, which is an important part of the winch. PS series hydraulic disc brake device consists of three parts:Brake actuator, hydraulic station and operating table. They are connected by hydraulic lines.
The hydraulic station is the power source, providing hydraulic pressure power for the actuator,the console is the control center of the actuator; the actuator is the execution part of the brake, which is composed of three parts: the brake caliper, the caliper frame and the brake disc. Among them, the brake caliper is divided into two types: normally open working caliper and normally closed safety caliper, and the brake disc is divided into three types: air-cooled disc, water-cooled disc and solid disc.
The device has the following four functions:
1. Working brake 2. Emergency braking 3. Parking system 4. Over-roll/anti-collision protection.
The hydraulic disc brake device is mainly composed of three parts: brake actuator, hydraulic station and operating table.
The brake actuator mainly includes four parts: working caliper, safety caliper, brake disc and caliper frame.
The working caliper are mainly composed of: brake block, caliper body, pin shaft, lever, strut, semicircular retaining ring, pin shaft II, cylinder end cover, cylinder block, tension spring, rear end cover.
The safety gear is mainly composed of: brake block, caliper body, pin shaft, lever, strut, semicircular retaining ring, pin shaft, piston, cylinder end cover, cylinder, lock nut, adjusting nut and pin.
Brake discs are divided into three types according to the structure: water-cooled, air-cooled and solid brake discs.
The clamp frame is the base of the actuator, on which the working clamp and safety clamp are installed.
The hydraulic station includes: fuel tank assembly, pump set, control block assembly, refueling assembly, electric control box, etc.
