Manifold Control Valve - Swing Check Valve Description

Check valve relies on the pressure of the medium to achieve the sealing between the valve core and the valve body. The higher the medium pressure, the better the sealing performance. The valve cavity can withstand line pressure at all times.

The valve body is made of alloy steel forgings, with strong mechanical properties and safe and reliable performance.

The valve cover and the valve body are connected by bolts, and the seal is a steel ring. It makes the assembly gap between the bonnet and the valve body small (designed to be 0), thereby reducing the erosion of the corrosive medium on the bolts and screw holes and reducing the bolt load.

The valve core and valve body sealing surface are surfacing with cemented carbide, which makes them have good erosion resistance and corrosion resistance. The valve core material is made of sulfur-resistant steel, so the valve can be used in an environment containing H2S.
