8 Position Pneumatic Cylinder description of Drilling Rig Spare Parts
The eight-bit shift cylinder is the main shift drive component for the large workover or other heavy equipment operation and walking, and the compressed air source of the piston and all levels of stop rings are achieved through the operation of the eight-bit shift valve. In a circuit system composed of the cylinder and the shift valve, the shift valve is the control element and the shift cylinder is the actuator element. The structural principle of the shift cylinder is shown in the figure. The cylinder has a piston 14, six stop rings 11,12,13,16,17,18,2, and 11,12,13 on the pull rod 2; the large springs 6 and small spring 7 press the front spring seat 8, the spring seat 8 is the seat stop ring 11, the stop rings 11,12,13 are close to the piston 14.When there is no air pressure inside the shift cylinder, the outer springs 6, inner spring 7 and the piston 14 are force balanced by the stop rings 11,12,13 spring 10 and rest in the illustrated position.In the part of the piston rod extending out of the cylinder block, with the position scale of each gear, the current stop ring and piston position is the empty unit position of the shift cylinder. The stop rings 16,17 are set on the rod 20,18 fixed to the rod 20 with no pressure entering, when the shift cylinder is neutral, they may be in any position within the respective range of movement. The eight-bit shift cylinder has eight inlet holes, and the position, name of the 1A,6A,3A,3, 2, 5, 3, 6, 1, inlet, and the input air pressure action are shown in Fig
