The Ram BOP is consist of body, intermediate flange, bonnet, operating piston, opening piston, closing piston and ram assembly,locking housing, locking screw etc.The upper and bottom connection of the BOP are all in accordance with API SPEC 6A twenty Edition /ISO10423. The parts which will touch with the fluid are all meet NACE-MR-01 -75 anti - H2S requirements.
The Ram BOP is designed with embedded parallel oil passage way, which makes the ram change more easily. The Body, Intermediate Flange and other pressure containing parts are all using the forging material. The material performance can meet the requirements of API Spec 16A Third Edition / IS013533 and NACE MR0175. The sealing of Intermediate Flange and Body is realized by the bonnet seal. This kind of bonnet seal adopts the radial moving way, which can fulfill the good sealing even if the well pressure increase or the bonnet bolts extend. In the same time, it can also decrease the close torch of the bonnet bolts.
