Lifting cap, also called lifting bail, is one special tool for lifting of drilling tools in petroleum, natural gas, drilling engineering and geographical exploration. Our lifting cap manufactured has excellent lifting capabilities to ensure safe handling of tubular products, drill collars, drill pipes, downhole toolings, etc. The lifting cap is manufactured, precisely machined and strictly inspected as per API standard.
The lifting bail/lifting cap of drilling tool produced by our company adopts high quality alloy structural steel, the surface of thread is phosphatized, coated with protective oil and wearing protective cap.After careful processing of the whole structure, and through special heat treatment process to achieve the expected hardness, strength and impact resistance.
